Built in Kigali, for the way people eat here.
Paper menus get stained and go out of date. PDFs are slow to open and impossible to read on a small screen. ScanDish replaces both with a page that loads fast on any phone and that the owner controls completely.
ScanDish is made by Ironic Lab Inc., led by NIYONZIMA Christian, Managing Director. We onboard every restaurant in person and stay reachable on WhatsApp.

What owners usually ask.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. It works on any smartphone.
Can guests order from their table?
Yes, on the Premium plan. The restaurant switches ordering on or off from its dashboard (for example off when it is busy). When it is on, guests tick “Make an order”, choose dishes and quantities, enter their table number or phone number (or both) and send. The order appears instantly in the restaurant's dashboard with a sound, and prints on its receipt printer. Prices always come from the restaurant's menu.
How much does it cost?
Standard: 15,000 RWF one-time setup, then 60,000 RWF per 6 months or 120,000 RWF per year. Premium: 60,000 RWF one-time setup, then 96,000 RWF per 6 months or 192,000 RWF per year. Prices are in Rwandan francs. A new page is live for a 5-day setup period so you can check everything before the subscription starts.
How do I get started?
Contact ScanDish by WhatsApp or phone (+250781822350) or email (support@scandish.online). A ScanDish team member helps you set up your menu, photos and details, and gives you your login. You can then manage everything yourself.
Can I change my menu myself?
Yes. Prices, dishes, photos, offers and contact details are all edited from your dashboard, and guests see the change on their next scan.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard gives you a professional menu page in the ScanDish design with your colours and logo. Premium adds a page designed uniquely for your restaurant (ready within 1–3 working days), your own address such as yourrestaurant.scandish.online, table ordering with automatic receipt printing, and priority support.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Your page stays online 10 more days, then it is hidden from the public until you renew. Your menu, photos and settings are kept, and everything comes back when you renew.
